Returns and Claims
A request for a return for credit or refund must be made in writing. The request must state the specific reason for the return and be submitted within 15 calendar days from the receipt of the merchandise. Factory will approve all returns in writing. Refusing, abandoning, or sending back a shipment without prior factory approval does not constitute an approval by us for credit. When approved, returned products must be in the same condition as when they left our warehouse and the return credit will only be issued for the actual quantity returned. Contact a customer service representative for all return authorization requests. For breakage claims, keep the original packaging slip and broken merchandise until claim is accepted by Extended Exposure.
Less than Minimum
Unless otherwise specified, add $50.00 for all products. EQP will not apply; first column pricing will be used. Absolute minimum on any style is half the regular minimum unless otherwise specified. On all Ceramic and Embroidery items NO LESS THAN MINIMUM ALLOWED. These orders are sold in full carton quantities only.
Overruns and Underruns
Although we always try to get you the exact amount, we are subject to over and underruns by the factories. All orders are subject to overruns or underruns of 5 - 7%. Orders specifying exact quantities are guaranteed.

Glass/Ceramics
To ensure safe delivery for ceramic mugs and drinkware, a Protective-Pack box will be used. Additional charges will be added to shipping.
